Advocacy

TSPA advocates for the solar and storage industries in Texas in both the regulatory and legislative arenas. TSPA is recognized as a leader in regulatory advocacy before the Public Utility Commission of Texas and ERCOT. TSPA also continues this advocacy before the Texas legislature to ensure solar and storage companies are able to effectively conduct business in Texas.
